Repeated calls

Caller: AGL or Sammer?

Caller claims to be from AGL to "make sure you are aware of the support AGL can provide", but wants to verify my identity before information will be provided. Same caller has called several times - I keep informing them I don't provide personal details over the phone, and they can use the email address on file to send information (nothing ever arrives). Given they keep trying I doubt it's genuine.

Ongoing missed calls blocked by my phone saying it's a scam call. Still unsure
