They have called me twice now. Once in the evening and once during the day. Both time I answered and was connected through to what sounds like a call centre in the Philippines. They asked me to verify my account with my date of birth, when I refused they asked me for my home address! Then they tell me to call 1300 365 324, which is not a number I can see anywhere on the AGL website. They refuse to say what the nature of the call is until I verify the account. I've asked them to write me a letter and post it, but they also refuse.

I rang back and pretty sure they divert to AGL which then puts me through to answering machine cause its saturday. So which is it? Is it AGL or is it a scam posing as AGL???

I just called this number back. AGL answering machine stated that their office is open monday to friday 8am-6pm and to call back in those hours. Considering its late saturday afternoon & AGL hours arent saturdays, i would say its telemarketers spamming

We answered the call and was instantly placed on an automated hold to wait for them.

They have rung twice and hung up without speaking

They gave ring me daily for the past week. I asked every time to STOP PHONING!

This is a number for AGL and they have a habit of ringing around 8.00pm at night, never leaving a message
