This call was in line with a domain I purchased. Said they couldn't take me off the calling list as I wouldn't provide a reason to do so. When I said my reason was because the call was unsolicited and I'm not interested in the service, "Mike" said he didn't have the permission to remove my number. I have blocked them. But is there anywhere I can report them?

These people call us daily (and have been doing so for years), trying to get us to purchase their SEO services. They are serial pests. Today, they denied ever having called me before, despite being the same voice, same accent and giving the same name as yesterday!

Have received calls from this number at random times every day for the past 7 days or more. I say hello but they always hang up after about 10 seconds. As it hangs up I can just hear a voice starting to say something.

Said his name was Jacob and he needed to talk to the owner of the business.
when I said what business he didn't know.
I said goodbye and hung up.

just another anonymous spam call from that number. I think is not human it is bot harassing people
