went to message bank. really poorly recorded message said 'we are trying to contact you. However, we are going to disconnect your internet and landline in 24 hours. Press 1 to be transferred to our technician'. No name of company calling etc. checked my internet, no reason for account to be disconnected. called them to double check, they did not call me.
