Caller: Government Initiative

Started off saying Hello Mam did you receive your display monitor (something like that) after they installed a program to your smart meter. I asked who are you? Thats when they said something about a Government Initiative. I dont even have a smart meter and my meter box is locked with a clear window for provider to read my meter.
SCAM written all over it....
