This phone number is for a market research organization called CSBA. They do surveys for a number of different organizations that include insurance company's and superannuation organisations. I work there an the reason they call multiple times is because the australian market and social research society guidelines say we can a maximum of 10 times. if people answered the phone we are more then happy for them to refuse and that means we would not call again.

We need to change the laws. Contact your member of parliament and indicate that you never want to receive unsolicited phone calls from anyone except government agencies or people having a genuine matter with you. All corporate leeches should be forbidden to call anyone. Demand the ultimate right to privacy, do not settle for crumbs.

Just spoke to some DRONGO named Mark on this NUMBER. Trying to sell me Gas or something! I've got GAS YA Dingbat!

I was called by this number at 7.540 pm on a weeknight (thanks so much, was trying to sit down with the family for dinner!). Asked if they were speaking with me, gave my first and last name, said they were from CSBA, with a superannuation survey. Said I wasn't interested, but they kept trying to talk to me. Most annoying. I am on the do not call register, but this doesn't seem to deter them.

It is Australian Ethical superannuation. They were doing a survey. They are my chosen super fund so i was happy to quickly help. Yes, also he was Australian, not foreign on a dodgy international line.

Was number called from, they did not leave a message. No explanation of call.

CSBA online survey calling on behalf of ATCO gas. Diverted to the scammer answering machine, I hope they enjoyed the chat with it.

Sick to death of this number calling continuesly for last week or so, not once but at least 6 to 7 times a day so much for being on the no call register.

They ring my mobile then straight away my home number if they don’t leave a message I’m blocking the number.

Call me a cynic but I'm suspicious about some of the feedback on here that gushes about being happy receiving calls from that number.

Why is this number still allowed to call people? 6 years after the first complaint on this site, and they’re still calling people multiple times. No, I’m not interested in anything you have to say, because I didn’t ask for contact from you. Quit calling me.

These CSBA survey guys are pains in the rse why call someone at 8pm at night and then again the next day.
I just complained to the organisation who gave my details to CSBA and told them never to give out my personal details to anyone else or I will stop giving them my business.
I also want to be taken off CSBA's data base the number they called is also on the DO NOT CALL register,
If a company that I deal with wants to send me an official survey BY EMAIL that's fine but not to give out my personal details to some 3rd. party survey company.

Hi I constantly get calls from this number and (03) 9605 4983 plus others. How do you prove they have called more than 10 times . I receive a number of calls towards the end of each month and my phone log only goes back 3 months.

Just spoke to some drongo on this number. Said his name was Warrick or Warren, kept trying to sell me Gas! I have GAS ALREADY, ya mongrel!!!! How do ya reckon I heat my flippin' pies ya dingbat!
