Missed call, no message left. When I tried to ring back it said call could not be connected. Spam?

They asked about my internet service provider and info and they tried to get me a new modem with crap down load speed. They sed that they don’t want any personal info. Then they got my address wrong and asked for it. Don’t give it. It’s a scam

Called, used message to text, said "white". Tried calling back but couldn't be connected. Scam or spam.
Either way... its weird.
