scammer hangs up when answered. they must like throwing money away on phone calls, they don't answer!! f*ckwits!!

This is definitely a scam. Don't get sucked in. Telstra or other providers DO NOT phone their customers saying there is a problem with your computer.
Don't be polite, just hang up.

Indian...again. Saying I had a prob with my internet. She was cut off suddenly

Indian woman...from ‘telstra’.....saying the usual about computer issues. But when I asked whats wrong with it, she was cut off suddenly. I have a silent number and on do not call list.. damn it

Didn't answer call from this number as I get a lot of unsolicited marketing calls etc. This number didn't leave a message so I can't confirm who it was or why they were calling but my gut says it's probably a marketing call or something similar.

Said he was from telstra lots of noise in background said I had problem with my computer I said I was with Optus and he said telstra is the mother of all networks!!!
