Provided to me by a Victoria Police (Mill Park) Sergeant for counselling due to being subjected to a variety of horrific forms of abuse. Upon calling the number, the recording stated 'Light FM Care Line, none of our operators are qualified counsellors, yet may take notes during your call'. WT-? Are they a radio station? Nobody was available, therefore one is required to leave their details. Tick-tock.....I appreciate that there is a high demand for assistance -but 'Light FM' & 'Footrest'? I'm awfully confused and extremely wary. Almost an hour now. -Aleast I'm still alive. Some, however are not.
