This is a true account of our experience: We visited Anthony Thomas Menswear Chadstone multiple times –due to the fact the suit we wanted was not the right fit, thus we were shopping around. We finally decided to purchase the suit on the fourth visit, but the salesman’s attitude from the start was very rude- bordering on abusive –raising his voice and demanding what colour we wanted. We told him this was rude, he told us we were wasting his time -for visiting so often- and should keep shopping around –meaning to leave his store. We found the service disgusting. It seems if you’re shopping around, or not willing to purchase on the first visit, you’re wasting their time and do not want your business.
