I am getting phone calls from this number and similar numbers coming from Victoria. They seem to have the same first 4 numbers and when you decline the call or block it you get another call from another number with the (03) 9566 prefix and different last 4 numbers.

This number keeps calling and when i return call it says 'Optus advises that this mobile has been disconnected'
