KEEP AWAY FROM PURCHASING FROM THEIR WINDOW CLEANING WEBSITE. Keeping to the facts of my experience in purchasing from their window cleaning equipment website, and keeping to the facts only. I ordered a window cleaning holster from their website along with some other items. Basically what I clicked to purchase didn’t reflect the item in the picture, the picture was a completely different model with completely different features, the features of the item were completely different to what I received on delivery and was very obvious. I called the company. I Spoke to outside answering service, it was hard to get through but did. Spoke to the company manager and explained the facts and basically he just wasn’t interested he wouldn’t let me explain, kept on talking over me and twisting the conversation, through the whole conversation I kept to the facts. So I was stuck with a item that I had no use for and was also out of pocket. This guy is an atrocious businessman and no customer service skills, he is a window cleaner who has no interest in honest service or admitting to or could take the time to resolve a mistake that was made with his company in my purchase order.
