Caller: I dont know, i think it said Melbourne number (Not the state I live in) Mixture of 'Threat based' and 'Parcel delivery' SCAM Female voice (possibly a recording) "There's an arrest warrant out for you from the border security protection service department. A parcel has been recieved with your details on it, press 1, I repeat press 1 now to talk to" I'd heard enough and hung up.
