Dunno if it's relevant but looks to me that unless you SMS back to them it should be ok.

This was the second or third time this company called. I hung up as soo as I heard "Congratulations you have won".  Noted number & called back from landline. Voicemail message gives option to opt out, which I took. Will have to see if it works.

i got a call today but because i didnt know the number i didnt answer it thats the best bet if u dont know the number dont answer it ive found that if its a real call they will text you or they will ring back shortly after the first call hope this helps some of you

called and no answer. weird. maybe third call I've had like this over the last year.
