yes it is spam, a voice answered when I called back.If you connect up to Skype you can keep calling them back. I just spent over an hour giving them repeat calls. It cost me $2 and was worth every cent. Drove the guy nuts.
of course they have a number of lines, and I made a note of them too :)

This is a call centre number for Teligent Phone Service Telemarketing sales. Received numerous calls from this number for weeks on end daily, several times per day trying to get me to switch over to Teligent phone service. They knew I was with Telstra but that was about all they knew and the phone number of course. I suspect they are located in the Phillipines or India even though the number is a Melbourne number. After listening to their annoying leading sales pitch a couple of times and just hanging up on them. They did not get the message that I was not interested and kept on calling and leaving no message on my answering machine. After a month or so.. I really could not believe how persistent and annoying they are and I was getting very angry. Eventually I picked up there call the third time and listened patiently again to the sales pitch after the girl passed me on to her "supervisor" for the hard sell. As far as I was concerned their "deal" was not worth the hassle to change over and I know how they work with all their hidden charges and costs that you find out only if you are gullible enough to switch over and sign up for a contract and then you end up with pretty much what you had and probably worse service if there sales people are anything to judge by. I told him to mail me out in writing what he was promising me on the phone and gave him my Postal address... He was not quite satisfied with that and wanted a lot ore information about me... which I was not willing to give so I hang up on him. He was not satisfied with this and called back immediately... thinking I would change my mind perhaps... what an annoying, arrogant, presumptive idiot... after the third call back attempt I picked up and blasted the stupid idiot. Told him to never call my number again and waste my time. This did not seem to trouble him and he kept on going with his sales pitch... which irritated me even more. Told him I would report him and have him blocked and to please kindly respect my request. I did not give him a chance to continue with his very well rehearsed sales pitch by asking him repeatedly does he understand english. He identified himself as Clinton and he was introduced by a woman identifying herself as Angelina. Obviously made up names, so they cannot be held accountable.

i had a call from them today and yesterday, one was this guys laughing like a crazy clown and the other was a loud piercing sound then one of those computer women saying "Goodbye"
haha this person has way too much time on their hands, its a bit sad.

Had a few missed calls from this number- phoned back and it goes to message bank (101) and thats full so you cant leave a message- suspecting its spam!
