They rang work and asked to speak to the owner of the business. I had to ask what company they were. They said they were from a company than can provide cheaper call rates than Telstra. They suggested we were with Telstra and we weren't. Tell them nothing take them no where.

My message is do something Telsra its an Australian number. Stop putting the problem onto your customers. Its your problem, your allowing scammers use of your service for your very own profits. To me that makes Telstra part of the scam.

This mob are scammers who try to get you to change your phone account.
They use forceful tactics and will not let you get a word in. They knew my phone number and postcode and I have a silent, private number so I do not understand how they got it. Then they ask for your name. If they know my other details, they should know who I am. Stay clear from this mob.
