Time bandits.
I love it when I say "not interested" and they say forcefully "now listen to me !". Even if I was interested that would be the end of it,right there.

Trying to onwards sell Telstra products at a cheaper rate. Don't like taking no for an answer. They must get a lot of people because they introduce themselves as working 'on behalf' of Telstra.
