Some sort of animal welfare association. Pleading to stop cats and dogs being euthanasied unnecessarily. Very strong language to "stop them being killed".

Caller: Spam Interstate after-hours unsolicited spam call. Missed call. No identification. No message left. Return calls to number met with "The number you have called is not connected..." Evidently a spoofed Caller ID.
