Caller: The caller said he was calling from the Victorian dept. of health & education call to my mobile phone from educated male voice saying he was conducting a survey for victoria dept of health & education. He didn't ask if I wld like to help the survey by answering a few questions which wld be the normal way of introducing himself & was obviously in a hurry to get on with it which seemed suspicious & straight away started asking personal questions like where do you live, do you have any children.... I then hung up as I dont live in Victoria & I felt this call was a scam.
