tried ringing back and there was no connection at the other end.

Dominic called and said he was from Simply Energy. He asked for personal details to confirm my identity. I declined. He said I could call back the main Simply Energy number and reach him there. I did that and confirmed it was a legitimate call.

Said she was from Simply Energy. Line dropped out and when you call this number - it automatically disconnects you. Very dodgy, weird caller
