I had someone calling me claiming to be from Commonwealth Bank Northcote to discuss my account. They knew my name and were asking me for my address and other personal details. I think they were spoofing their number. I asked for proof of who they were and they sent me a text which looked suspicious.

Thanks for the call but I would rather talk via email. I am a customer recently connecting with Sophie about business.
