They called me and just hanged up then I called back, about 5 minutes music, some unfriendly customer service finally answers and says what can I do for you sir, I am a madame and you called me. He says I don't know who called you I have hundreds of customers a day do you think I know everytime who calles back? I said there is no reason for being rude, you could of asked me for my name and details, you could've checked what the system sais and then see why I was called for. This Lumo Energy company is the worst of the worst so incompetent and unfriendly and only scams !!
