I called number back and it just ring out

Caller: Female caller

I answered the call and even though it presented as a landline it sounded like the caller was outside. The girl then asked “why are you complaining?”
She then ended the call.
Very strange!

Strange message from an asian sounding woman who said something along the lines of that she was waiting for me and wanted to meet me. She ended the message by saying "Come and see me please!" and then a very cheery "bye". Odd!
