Caller: scammer

somebody offering to connect housing services. Definitely a scam call. They have got my property address details by obtaining a data leak.
Google the number they left me 1300 661 448 - very scary

Caller: Moving Hub

The caller identified themselves as being from Moving Hub and subsequently sent a follow-up text message from 0438 657 306. The communication appears to be legitimate.

They called me then sent a text message with number 0438 657 306. This was the same as a text sent 3 days ago. They say they are with Ray White Bundoora (Melbourne) Rental. They seem to have my number by mistake as I am in Brisbane and am not looking to rent a property. Checking with Ray White Bundoora they say they work with a utility provider Movinghub which the text message says they are.
Obviously Ray White sell prospective tenants information to Movinghub so they can set up utilities for their commission or something similar.
