I called back and they said it was the ATO, started asking for personal details. I hung up.

Caller: a computer generated voice idiotic call saying you will be arrested under an arrest warrant. yes it is a scam

Same here, note no reputable agency would make such a call without identifying who tha=ey are, and also would identify the person they are seeking, neither of which was done on the call I got. Also I agree it sounded like a robocall.
