Caller: (03) 9427 4435 This number rang me about NBN, July, 2020. I thought I was talking to Telstra. Said my house now had FTTC and went on about taking up NBN and said it was easy to connect it myself and the two boxes would be sent out. Ended up agreeing to it, but two days later when I looked up theTelstra site re connection by myself realised I could not do this as I feared loosing my internet and then having to wait for Telstra to come. They should not cold call people this way especially as we in Melbourne are in lockdown. Angry with this deceit by Telstra 2ho I have been with for 48.5 years,

I do not believe they are calling on Telstra's behalf. Ring Telstra yourself if you are not sure.

Just had a nuisance call from (03) 9427 4435. Hang up in my ear. Make sure are rude to this caller if they call you. I wish Telstra would block this number and charge them under the Telecommunications act with this nuisance call

Caller: TSA Group? I don't think so Malaysian accented people keep calling me about a Telstra account. I don't have any Telstra accounts as they're a ripoff. They were asking for personal information which is a big red flag for fraud, so I played them for as long as i could keep them on the phone.

Caller: TSA Telco Group Have lodged a complaint with the Do Not Call Register as I am sick of being harassed by companies calling to offer their products and services, this one on behalf of Telstra & I have recently cancelled my Telstra Internet. Leave us alone.

Caller: Telstra via their agent TSA Telstra appear to outsource their harassment activity to TSA. Give Telstra the flick, and that will put an end to these harassing calls! Pretty bad boys and girls at the Telstra marketing station! Alternatively, if you have shareholder power, just sack the CEO. On this count alone, I will be voting against his re-appointment. They are now just a retailer. The core service is provided by NBN. So if you get harassment, from the now un-empowered retailer Telstra, just change service provider. I will add a new post in anti-position of Telstra, for each call I get. The, F!@#, B123, told me that they would move me off their TSA harassment list - but I got another call from their outsourced TSA scourges. So Telstra, you just get another bad post! Next one corresponds exactly with your next call from your appointed 3rd party aggressor, TSA.

Caller: Telstra via their agent "TSA" Finally solved the issue. I called Telstra on 132200. Went through their press number regime. Got a confirmation as to who I was, in exchange for both my birth date and all (3) linked Telstra telephone numbers. I was told that in consequence of my call I would be removed from each contact telephone number for TSA marketing purposes. Was told that my "do not call" registration did not apply to Telstra or their marketeers - as I had voluntarily given my numbers to them. Nice cop-out! So now you know! It's big bad bro Telstra who's behind these calls. Yuck! So sad to see these former Australian icons fall into so much disrepute. Technically they are good. Customer-wise, they are as bad as you can get. Tough choice.

Caller: TSA on behalf of Telstra Hugely worrisome and persistent outfit - with Indian accent of course!
Guess, my best way of getting rid of them will be to cancel all Telstra accounts!
Hard to think that Telstra marketing gurus are getting paid a bazillion dollars a year to come up with such a simplistic and annoying load of marketing crap!
Good idea if Telstra came up with genuine customer support strategies, rather than outsourced high pressure and harassment techniques.
Think Telstra. Think TSA. Think marketing thugs!
Bye Telstra!

I get 2 calls a day. One to my mobile, one to my landline - each within 30 seconds of the other. They never leave a message! If they are marketeers, they somehow circumvent my "do not call" registration. Have now blacklisted, so they can ring as long as they want, but now it does not show on either my landline or mobile.
