Had a call from this number &, as we didn't recognize it, let it go through to msgbank.

Then, on my mobile, received a "hang up notification - that the caller didn't leave a message" (set up in home phone msgbank)!

Strangest thing is, the notification wasn't listed as being from (02) 9350 0711 but from +490861679623 !!

"+49" is the Country Calling Code for Germany!!
