I got scammed by a person called Samuel using this number. The person claimed they were calling from MyCard, and they were so believable. They knew a lot about me and my card. I checked the phone number, and it appears on the NAB website as the Customer Identity Team. The scammer contacted me to say my account had been locked because of suspicious activity. A person trying to buy airline tickets in Thailand. MyCard security team had locked my account because of suspicious activity. Once the scammer had my security information, they tried to get the ban on my account lifted by impersonating me. MyCard would not lift the ban. An unbelievably sophisticated scam.

We got scammer email which states this number as NAB but it's not. Definitely it is a scammer.

Caller: SCAMMER

SCAMMER!!! Claimed to call about a transaction on a Commonwealth Mastercard. I do not have a Commonwealth account. Got aggressive when I called them out on their scamming and eventually hung up on me. Tried called back and voicemail says the number is the NAB customer ID line.
