I called back number (03) 9322 4916 reached voice mail of a woman for a company called WBP Property Group.

Caller: WBP Property Group These guy are legit, they are not Telemarketer (at least not their main services). They do Valuation for property, basically to determine how much a house or property is worth for purpose such as Selling the Property, Buying the property, Finance, Asset accounting, etc.
Just got a call from them because it was related to my situation and I find out
