Caller: Engineers Australia empowered caller

Not sure if the caller is on contract or a staff member, but several missed calls I finally rang to find out if this was a call for me. Once upon a time I registered a possible interest in going to a conference, and I've had 7 calls to followup - full marks for persistence. None the less, there is a message if a called number doesn't call you back, perhaps they are not interested, and I would think that 7 calls is a good sign of lack of interest.
