robot voice. hang up.

I didn't pick up the call so it went to my voicemail. When i listened to the voicemail it was an automated voice speaking in both English & Chinese, saying to press 2 if i speak Chinese. I didn't bother listening to the rest of the voicemail since it was all in Chinese and i'm not Chinese.
in my opinion, this is either a telemarkter or scammer.
