I did not answer, but called the number. It was someone with foreign language, but in the background, I heard a conversation which sounded like an Australian police was interviewing a detained person.

about hacked account - didn't waste time listening to it. Amazing that our network providers can find so many ways to take our money but can't link up to websites like these which list thousands of numbers used for scams, and can't check out when the DNCR is violated. And it's pretty obvious that scammers are continually buying up recently-released numbers in order to beat the scam registers, so again why can't our network providers at least monitor HOW they're being used for the first week or so to see if they're being used to route calls from India.

robocall claimed my isp has been hacked and my service will be disconnected in few hours: Press 1 to contact technician.
I pressed 1, for the fun of the Game, only to have call disconnected. not very compelling scam. Why can't the Govt call these hackers Terrorists and Conduct War on them. send in defence services directorate, or such. bring them to justice. kill the scammers.
