He/She say they from tetra to help you from virus in you computer

This is another criminal activity by foreigners trying to rip off Australians. The Federal police in conjunction with Telstra should investigate and punish these culprits. The caller said that she will remove the virus from my computer. She wanted me to go to the computer and switch on and log so that she can direct me what to do. I knew she is trying to get my computer details so that they can control my computer. Don't these culprits have anything else to do?
