The service has been good in the past ,but the music is painful and leaves me confused with it's head banging loud sharp sounds .
My Pension didn't come in so I flattened three phones trying to get through .I am disabled but it seems I must go there to sort the matter out.Waiting in line is risky for me as I head spin and have to sit .
sick of getting the runaround age pension enquiries lodged in september 2015 its now almost february 2016 still no satisfaction no payment no nothing!!! not happy JAN!!! Called centrelink. Been on hold for 45 minutes then it hangs up. Re call and told the wait is now 90 minutes. Also the music on hold should be changed as this music is not soothing all it does it get people agitated. Cannot report and haven't been paid my newstart allowance
