Caller: Said they were calling from GALLAGHER BASSETT workcover 1. Never heard of this person before 2. Told me about an item I had already been approved for and asked me to confirm my name & date of birth. 3. They never ask me to do that as I have a case manager who deals with all of my needs on a 1:1 ratio.
