Another scammer using a fake caller ID. Telcos catching up with serial scammers using fake numbers diverted to mobiles with stolen SIM cards or SIM cards bought in bulk and used by scammers. Message says "Optus advises the mobile number you have dialled has been disconnected". This scammer uses a range of similar numbers as per other comment.

Another phishing scam using a fake number that was registered to now bankrupt company NZ 3 Pty Ltd and is now disconnected.
