Rang the number, which shows as a Melbourne landline phone, and got the recorded answer: Optus advices that the mobile number you have called has been disconnected. Clearly the number has been spoofed for the Scam. Do not answer!

If you don’t speak when you answer a female voice says “goodbye”. And hangs up

Answered a call from this number, an automated/recorded message said "GOOD BYE" and the call ended. Very cautious about the call.
