Said they were from Linkt and it was a courtesy call to check in on my accounts. I advised that I pre-pay my trips through a road pass so I shouln't have anything overdue. The caller then backed off stating that my account balance was indeed zero but i should top up if I want to take more trips using toll roads. I found the call to be sus, and a waste of time.

Hey guys, I received a real call from linkt on this number... according to their website it's one of their main numbers. the guy called cos i had an old account I'd forgotten about attached to an email I no longer use... turns out i had 9 dollars overdue on the account.. i asked him to transfer the balance from my new account and close out the old one. He happily obliged... I didn't verify any information (as I was suspicious)... and checked my account just now to found that he did indeed close my old account, and transfer the 9 dollars i owed from my new account... i really doubt this is a scam. even if they were mirroring Linkt's number, they wouldn't be getting away with it for the roughly 6 months these complaints have been made

Got multiple calls saying they are calling from LINKT. Asked me to provide my surname, registration number and other private information. Kept on saying call their customer service. I do not have an account and ask requested them to send me a letter if anything is outstanding or they are taking any action against me. Kept on asking to verify my details. SCAM!!

Received a call from (03) 9287 6394. I missed the call, it went to voicemail.
Voicemail has a minutes-worth of silence, except for some indian call-centre rambling halfway through.

Was a legitimate call from LinkT as they left a message and told me to call back on LinkT's help center phone number 133 331 (which I double checked first before calling). Though while waiting to speak to someone @ LinkT, they had a recorded message that this phone number had been phished by scammers and they are using this number to try and scam people. It said that they don't ask for credit card details and other things (don't remember everything it said).

Absolutely relentless calling me numerous times a day every day. They never leave a voice mail. Call at all hours.

Had the same thing. 1 minute voice message of just chatter but no actual message. Definitely scam.

Missed the call, called the number back and spoke to a lady. I had to verify a couple of things, went along with it and everything was confirmed. I was a bit weary as when I was trying to settle my overdrawn account it wasn't letting me pay, I then checked my bank account and seen all these purchases deducted from my account.. I did think they would vanish as the Linkt app said I had only paid 1 x of the transactions.. but I did end up calling the 133 331 number and asked them to verify the account anyway, and they confirmed it was their collection departments number. The payments did correct themselves on my bank account.
