I have a NEW VOICE MAIL message on my panasonic phone when all messages are removed AND I cannot get rid of it. The Panasonic tech states it is a call from your provider - voila! OPTUS - of course when you ring OPTUS or this number back it says it is disconnected. So, what to do? I will be calling in to Optus at my earliest convenience and then I will be able to update before I remove anything else from my phone
