Caller: Supposedly Telstra Technical Department. A female insisted she was from Telstra Technical Department when I told her she was a scammer. In the midst of her trying to convince me otherwise, a male took over saying he was the Head of Telstra's Tech Dept and wanted me to sit in front of my computer so he could help me sort out the problem ... it wasn't until I said that I worked for Telstra and KNEW he didn't, that he finally hung up!!
