These people are the worst people to deal with from any industry, they are liars, they quote one rate and bill you another rate which includes other hidden charges, then the minute they send you the invoice they ring you EVERY DAY to annoy you when you are going to pay the account even when you tell them they've made a mistake with the account, they still ring you and annoy you instead of putting the time into fixing the account, after 5 messages they rep never calls you back, the managers never ring you back to sort out a problem, but the account lady rings you and annoys you still. Eventually the managing director rings you and annoys you even when you tell him you are busy and you have to go, he rings you back and annoys you more and more again, seriously, these people should not be in business at all.
What's worse for the drivers is they don't pay their drivers until the customer pays the account, even if its their fault the driver still doesn't get paid. KEEP AWAY!
