I received this call on my home phone and I didn't answer it so it went to voicemail. A robotic message advising "Thank you for placing an order with ebay. You have been charge $399 on your card. Your iPhone 7 will be dispatched in the next 24 hours. If you have not made any such purchases or transaction then kindly press 1 to speak.." at this point I clicked "end" on my phone and the call was disconnected.
