NAB debt collection centre. Just had a call from a female there who informed me that as I was late on a payment they are now going to send me to the Debt collectors. Seriously are the banks so tight that they will send a client to the Debt collectors for being a couple of days late!! I explained that if I receive the account I will pay it, but this did not sink in.. In the end I let her have it. And to make it interesting the amount they are chasing is a piddly $200.00 (two hundred dollars) Go figure!!!

Calls work number constantly looking for an employee, I have told them multiple times what his work hours are but they dont listen.
