Caller: Scammers pretending to be from Amazon

The usual - say I have an account they will auto-renew and I'll be charged if I don't cancel. No proof they knew who I was, or that they were from Amazon, or what payment method or name was on file for the customer they supposedly called. They then said I needed to download Anydesk (the software that would give them control over my PC!) so I could fill out a cancellation form!
