Grand Designs Live...  told her we will not being doing anymore shows this year..why she asks She proceeds to put her foot in the door for NEXT year shows.. then ask why when I say no to that.  Then asks why to each time I say no!  Pushy pushy pushy. In the end to stop her spiel.. ( she was determined to hear it all )  I had to put on a brisk, " I am now annoyed voice" and tell her straight.  If you send an email I will delete it as it's not even close to the next year, and I am quite sure you will call back then anyway, now I have real customers I am needing to get back to ok?   FINALLY gets the hint.  I think a brick over the head still wouldn't have helped.
