Claims to be a VicRoads initiative for new drivers run by Monash University Accident Research. If correct Monash is being paid for THEIR time with real money not with a chance to win a prize. Suggest ask for payment by mail first or do not answer questions. This will help get rid of the #%$#@ research organisations that ring you - because they are allowed to!
