third party debt collectors are illegally soliciting funds even it were for an old AGL bill. Unless they have a contract with you, you dont ever have to give them any money. Ask them to show you proof to the contract with yours and their signature on the same contract. They never can coz there isn't one, lol!!! Never ever pay a debt collector, ever!

Guys it is National Credit Management.I just called the numbers. They called me for an outstanding water bill of only $85.They have these numbers I aksed the guy if these were his numbers too.1300 790 434, (03) 8643 5596, 92252000.I guess they are different departments. The 1300 number gets the call center. The others are closed out of business hours and ask to leave a message. If you are getting calls from them, and have no credit or bills, I suggest you call them.Someone could have stolen your identity and taken out finance.Someone did this to my friend to the tune of $19000.00.

I received the same called from this number so many times! Every single time I pick up and said "hello, hello...HELLO" NO ONE answered ALSO on my mobile phone it said "called ended" 5 sec or so EVERY SINGLE TIME! It wasn't even connected for me to wait for them to transfer me to any operator or person or computer or anything. It simply just hangs up every time I pick up. So if it?s a debts collecting agency like some of you said then they are EXTREMLY smart to keep hanging up on the people they want money from!

I'm no dummy. And I thought for sure I cleared all my bills before leaving Aus for the UK. I am a VERY organised person, voted "most likely to become a 'Daily Planner Diary'" at my high school. After I got the call I managed to track down the Girl that moved into my apartment in Melb. Surprise surprise... there were 3 letters from AGL, including a final demand. I had no other contact from AGL or anyone else until the 039225200 calls. Believe it or not, don't you think it'd be worth doing a ring around of your old bill-senders anyway, just incase? Might take an hour or two, get over it.Outstanding bills can happen to anyone. SO THERE!Trust me and 'Joe Rossi' on this one.

I've been getting them and I've missed a payment. So definantly is a debt collection agency. I wonder how much debt they recpover from this very tidy system they have. I'm sure if I make the paymnet then quickly cancel it that should suffice as a payment given their collection practices.Idiots!

Bad news guys. I just answered their call. (after months of missing them) You have to pick up quick! you only get 4 -5 rings. It's a debt collection agency. It turns out I didn't pay my final Power bill before I moved to London in May.Better answer that one! Mine was an AGL Bill, just over a hunge.Fyi, answer quick, and the connection takes a few seconds, kind of like when the Indian tellemarketers call. ie you hear a couple of clicks. I thought they were hanging up but just wait a 3 - 4 seconds. This is how their computers work. It generates calls from a list automatically and it doesn't connect you to an operator until you pick up. But don't worry, It's a legit Aussie company, Aussie accents and everything!PS. Who's the Kook that reckons it's got the AFP/NSWP involved?? Whatever buddy.
