myki customer care, regarding lodgement of complaint regarding availability of machines (why the hell would you place a ticket maching on the platform and not at the entrance/exit?)
(This company is retarded with it's completely botched project management, as is the Victorian State govt, for replacing a system that met the needs of commuters as was)

Definitely MYKI returning a call from "Feedback" e-mail, but they don't leave a message and when you ring back it is the signal of an "out of order" phone line. High and low piched tone.

Thanks for posting this - I keep missing their calls and they never leave a message.Retarded doesn't even begin to describe this company - they have supposedly "fixed" my problem twice now and each time I've had to call back and get them to reopen it. No doubt the missed call I just received was them again telling me they've fixed it once more but a quick check on my online account tells me it's still broken - just in a different way to last time.
