Caller: NBN Connection

I received a call informing me that my internet would be disconnected because of the fact that I was to be connected to the butchered NBN. As such the call was timely, but I was transferred to some one who could barely speak English. Consequently I hung up. Even if it was a legitimate call, the standard of communication is nothing short of atrocious in so far as those informing of the changes barely speak English and provide no assurance that they are authorised to make the call.
