Left message told me to press 1 for refund, and said they are calling from Master and Visa Card! I just blocked the number.

scam call saying they were from Visa and Mastercard and I had 2 odd transactions early this morning. On checking my account there were no such transactions so it was a scam

scam regarding unauthorised transactions

Caller: Bank security ??????

Answered a call on my landline. Caller was an artificial female voice. Voice said that the call was from bank security (no bank name stated) about to transactions today on my credit card. Allegedly 1 transaction was for $300 & the other was an international transaction for $1,000. The caller gave me the option to press 1 to cancel the transactions if they were OK or 2 to speak to someone from bank security if I had not made the transactions. The artificial voice saying the call was from bank security was the 1st sign that the call was a scam then that the caller did not say which bank was the 2nd sign which confirmed it to be a SCAM.
